Caldo Verde

Caldo Verde is a popular Portuguese soup, containing potatoes, sausage and greens like kale or collards.

Caldo Gallego is a Spanish soup featuring beans, chorizo, smoked pork, potato, turnip and leafy greens, traditionally the leaves from the turnips.
